cancelling confirmed bookings?
A: Any confirmed booking for travel services is a binding contract - once you accepted it, you also accepted the service provider's terms & conditions. If you are unsure whether you will be able to make use of a service, request a "provisional" reservation and advise your final decision as soon as possible.
